1. Pricing

  • Prices shown may change based on ex-showroom updates, insurance changes, and RTO fee revisions.

  • Final price is confirmed at the time of invoicing.

2. Vehicle Registration

  1. Registration will be done only with valid government ID proofs.

  2. Incorrect or incomplete documents may delay delivery.

3. Payment Terms

  • Full payment must be completed before invoicing.

  • EMI / Finance approval depends on bank/NBFC policies.

4. Test Rides & Bookings

  • Test ride availability varies by model.

  • Booking amount does not guarantee immediate delivery; it confirms your priority for allocation.

5. Warranty

  • All vehicles come with manufacturer warranty.

  • Claims must follow the company’s official service guidelines.

6. Dealer Liability

Mishri TVS is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • RTO processing

  • Holidays / strikes

  • Manufacturer stock delays

  • Finance approval issues
