Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Mishri TVS, we follow transparent processes for booking, purchasing, and delivering all two-wheelers. Please read the policy carefully.
1. Booking Cancellation

Customers can cancel their booking within 24–48 hours of placing it, provided the vehicle is not invoiced or sent for registration.

A small booking cancellation charge may apply, depending on the model and booking mode.
2. Cancellation After Invoicing / Registration
Once the vehicle is:
Invoiced
Registered with the RTO
Insurance generated
Cancellation or refund is NOT possible, as the vehicle becomes legally registered in the customer’s name.
3. Refund for Booking Amount
If the refund is eligible:

Refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days.

Refunds will be processed only to the original payment method or via bank transfer.
4. Exchange / Model Change
Before invoicing, customers may request:

Change of color
-
Model upgrade
-
Accessories upgrade
Subject to availability and price difference.
5. Refunds for Accessories
Accessories purchased and installed cannot be refunded.
If not installed yet, cancellations may be allowed.
