Shipping / Delivery Policy

Mishri TVS does not courier or ship bikes like normal e-commerce items. Delivery is handled directly by the dealership.

1. Delivery Method

  • All vehicles are delivered from the dealership to the customer after completion of payment, documentation, insurance, and RTO registration.

  • Home delivery is available in selected locations (charges may apply).

2. Delivery Timeline

Delivery depends on:

  • Model availability

  • Selected color/variant

  • Completion of RTO registration

  • Availability of documents like Aadhaar, PAN, etc.

Typical delivery time: 3–10 working days after full payment & document submission.

3. Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)

Before handing over the vehicle, our team performs:

  • Checklist verification

  • Quality check

  • Fluid level verification

  • Test run

  • Customers can also verify the vehicle before accepting delivery.

4. Delivery Documents Provided

You will receive:

  1. Invoice

  2. Insurance copy

  3. Temporary / Permanent registration

  4. Warranty booklet

  5. Owner’s manual

5. No Courier Shipping

Since vehicles cannot be shipped through logistics partners:

  • We don’t support standard courier tracking.

  • Delivery happens only through our dealership team.
